Nicholas Hardwick

Nicholas Hardwick has extensive experience in leadership roles within the charitable and public sectors, particularly focusing on criminal justice and social services. Notable positions include Chief Executive roles at Centrepoint Soho and the British Refugee Council, where responsibilities encompassed strategic management and advocacy for vulnerable populations. As Chair of the Parole Board and the Independent Police Complaints Commission, Nicholas oversaw critical systems related to public safety and monitored the police complaints process. Additionally, Nicholas has served as Professor of Criminal Justice at the School of Law, Royal Holloway University of London, and currently holds the position of Chair at Nacro. Educational background includes a BA Hons in English Literature from the University of Hull.
