Phil Bevan

Phil Bevan is an accomplished HR and people management leader with extensive experience in various sectors, including non-profit, consulting, and pharmaceuticals. Currently serving as the Director of People & Culture at Nacro since November 2023, Phil has also made significant contributions as a Member of the Board of Trustees at Oakleaf. Previous roles include Interim Assistant Director of HR at the Royal British Legion, where key projects emphasized cultural change and equitable pay, and Interim Head of People at the Science Museum Group, focusing on HR responses during the Covid pandemic. Other positions held include Chief People Officer at ERGOMED PLC and Chief Talent Officer at Ebiquity plc, showcasing expertise in organizational development, employee engagement, and recruitment. Phil holds an MSc in Human Resource Management from the University of Surrey and a BSc in Applied Psychology and Computing from Bournemouth University.
