Tim Craig

Tim Craig is an experienced ICT leader with a diverse background in strategy, service delivery, and project management across various sectors. Currently serving as Head of ICT at Nacro, a UK charity that supports thousands through services related to education, health, housing, and justice, Tim has demonstrated a strong ability to implement significant improvements in ICT service delivery. Prior roles include IT Project Manager at the Universities Superannuation Scheme, Head of Professional Services at LTE Group, and Head of IT and Telecoms at the Legal Ombudsman, among others. Tim holds an MBA from Liverpool John Moores University and an MSc in Managing Information Technology from The University of Salford.
