Tom Cole

Tom Cole is an experienced professional currently serving as the Policy and Practice Manager and Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion Committee Chair at Nacro since July 2022. Additionally, Tom is a Trustee for the Bristol Hospitality Network, providing leadership and governance to support asylum seekers in need. Previous roles include Vulnerable Adults Pathway Manager at St Mungo's, where responsibilities spanned various positions including Case Coordinator and Assessment & Reconnection Worker. Tom also has a background in political communication and research through roles at the House of Commons, as well as experience as a Generalist Adviser with Citizens Advice. Education is from UCL and The King’s School, Worcester.
