Jon Berge

Jon Berge is an experienced mechanical engineer with a strong background in petrochemical refining, project management, and quality assurance. Currently serving as a Project Manager at Ascential Medical & Life Sciences since January 2022, Jon previously worked as a Refinery Engineer and Project Manager at St. Paul Park Refinery from 2004 to 2020, where responsibilities included supporting maintenance and operations and managing projects to enhance production while adhering to safety and environmental standards. Additional roles included QA/QC Engineer at Chart Industries, Project Engineer at Flint Hills Resources, Project Supervisor at TIMEC-Southern California, and Refinery Engineer at ARCO (LAR). A military veteran with extensive flying experience, Jon served as a helicopter pilot and plane captain in the US Army and Marine Corps. Jon holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering Technology, Mechanical from California State Polytechnic University-Pomona.
