Phillip Hale

Phil Hale has over three decades of experience in the electrical supply industry, currently serving as Chief Information Officer and Chief Technology Officer at Elliott Electric Supply since 2000. Hale has driven significant technological advancements, including the migration of enterprise applications to graphical user interfaces and the enhancement of order entry systems. In addition to executive roles, Hale is the President of NacSpace, focusing on IT services for Elliott Electric Supply and its clientele. Hale holds various board positions, including Chairman of the Board at IDEA and the NAED Foundation Board. A graduate of Stephen F. Austin State University with a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science, Hale continues to influence the electrical distribution sector through active participation in industry associations and committees.
