Nader Enterprises is a privately held, diversified investment holding company established in the Dominican Republic. 

George A. Nader founded Nader Enterprises in 2006 with the purpose of organizing and consolidating all of his different businesses and investments under a single holding company structure. With a clear vision and by combining investment and business development capabilities with a solid organizational and financial platform, Nader Enterprises is positioned to continue growing existing businesses, develop new companies and projects and take advantage of business and investment opportunities in a wide range of industries and asset classes.

Today, Nader Enterprises is composed of six sector specific intermediate holding entities which develop projects, own assets and/or operating companies in the following sectors: Real Estate, Industrial, Hospitality, Art, Entertainment and Financial Services. 

We consider each one of our intermediate holding entities as a Platform Company from where we manage our portfolio of investments in each particular business sector. We are organized so that each one of our Platform Companies and the projects, assets and/or operating companies that they own can leverage the structure of our firm for all of their business needs.
