Patrick Silverio, MBA has extensive work experience in the financial industry. Patrick began their career in 2000 as an Equity Trader at MB Trading. In this role, they gained valuable experience in trading and managing equity investments.
In 2004, Silverio joined Nadex as an Exchange Operations Manager. Patrick played a key role in launching the HedgeStreet exchange and later contributed to its relaunch as Nadex. Silverio also collaborated with an Agile IT Development Team in London to develop and implement a new back-office clearing system.
In 2014, Silverio was promoted to Director of IT Operations at Nadex. In this position, they oversaw the daily operations of the IT department, including infrastructure, application support, and networking. Patrick prioritized and managed changes to the trading platform, infrastructure, and banking applications. Additionally, Silverio was responsible for implementing and enforcing change management and incident reporting processes.
Patrick Silverio, MBA, completed their education with a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the Quinlan School of Business at Loyola University Chicago, from 2012 to 2014. Prior to that, they pursued a Bachelor of Arts (BA) from UC Irvine, specializing in Psychology and Economics, from 1995 to 1999. Patrick completed their high school education at Fairfield High School from 1991 to 1994.
