Stuart Dutton possesses extensive experience in financial management and corporate finance, currently serving as Financial Director at Nadine Merabi since June 2023. Previously, Stuart held the position of Chief Financial Officer and Financial Director at Everything Genetic from October 2021 to June 2023. Prior to that, Stuart worked at Sedulo as Head of High Growth & Director of Corporate Finance, where numerous successful fundraises, disposals, and acquisitions were achieved. Additionally, Stuart was Corporate Finance Partner at Howard Worth Chartered Accountants from June 2004 to April 2017, overseeing corporate finance functions and delivering successful projects across diverse industries. Stuart's educational background includes a BA (Hons) in Business Studies from the University of Liverpool.
