Badar Rahim is currently serving as the General Secretary at DREAMS, a civil society organization focused on promoting disability rights, a position held since 2013. They have been working as a Deputy Assistant Director at NADRA since 2022. Badar previously held the role of President at the Inclusive Student Society from 2012 to 2013 and completed an MBA in Human Resources Management at the University of Central Punjab in 2013, following their Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Finance from the same institution, which they attained in 2011. Badar began their professional experience as a PYIP Internee at the Skills Development Division PU in 2014.
