Umar Bilal is a dynamic IT leader with over 26 years of experience in operational excellence and strategic initiatives across both public and private sectors. Currently the Director and Head of the Communication & IT Services Directorate at the National Database and Registration Authority in Pakistan, Umar has a proven track record in service delivery operations, vendor management, and financial oversight. Previously, Umar held significant roles including the Head of Information Security and Director of National Data Warehouse at NADRA, where they successfully managed one of the busiest data centers in the public sector. With a Master's Degree in Electronics from Quaid-e-Azam University, Umar is committed to fostering collaboration and enhancing operational efficiency through innovative solutions.
