Phillip Hale

Phil Hale has been with Elliott Electric Supply since 1987, serving in key leadership roles including Chief Information Officer (CIO) and Chief Technology Officer (CTO) since 2000. Phil's notable contributions include leading the transition of enterprise applications to a graphical user interface, enhancing operational efficiency across various distribution centers. Prior to these roles, Phil began as a Software Developer and progressed to Director of Computer Services, where software and hardware systems were developed to improve business processes. Phil is also the President of NacSpace, overseeing the establishment of a new branch to address IT needs in the East Texas region. Phil Hale holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Stephen F. Austin State University and has active involvement in several boards, including the National Association of Electrical Distributors and IDEA.
