Scott Wagner possesses extensive experience in the electrical distribution industry, currently serving as the Director of Industry Transformation at the National Association of Electrical Distributors (NAED) since April 2024, where strategic digital initiatives are implemented to enhance supply chain efficiency. Previous roles include Warehouse Management System Program Manager at Border States, and Director of Business Intelligence Strategy at Mayer Electric Supply Co., Inc., where a comprehensive business analytics system was established. Additionally, Scott held various operational, marketing, and training positions at Mayer Electric, Rexel, and Schneider Electric, contributing significantly to inventory management, team performance, and customer growth initiatives. Educational qualifications include coursework in Computer/Information Technology from Middle Tennessee State University and completion of a Journeyman Electrician program from the Independent Electrical Contractors Association.
