Kelsey Malmstead has had a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. From 2008 to 2009, they served as the Manager of Community and Client Relations for the Quad Cities River Bandits - a Minor League Baseball Class A affiliate. Following this, from 2009 to 2012, they worked at Group O Marketing Solutions in various positions, including O2 Project Coordinator, O2 Project Manager, Team Lead, and Manager of O2 Project Specialists.

In 2012, Kelsey became a self-employed Independent Consultant, working as a Direct Marketing Operations Consultant for a brief period from November 2012 to January 2013. In 2013, they joined Naehas and took on roles such as Solution Manager/Sr. Solution Manager, Director of Client Services, and Senior Director of Client and Professional Services. Most recently, they have been serving as the Vice President of Customer Success at Naehas, responsible for leading and guiding customer-facing teams to deliver successful outcomes for enterprise customers by offering custom solutions and technical expertise.

Kelsey Malmstead pursued their undergraduate education from 2004 to 2008 at Augustana College. During this period, they completed their Bachelor of Arts degree with a major in Business Administration, with a focus on Marketing and Management.
