Laura Eckert has over 25 years of experience in managing environmental compliance across various sectors. Currently serving as the Global Environmental Compliance Manager at Tate & Lyle, Laura provides support to over 28 manufacturing plant locations worldwide and develops corporate environmental policies and training programs. Previously, Laura held significant roles at organizations such as Ecolab and ERM, managing global audit programs and conducting compliance audits across numerous facilities. A graduate of Purdue University with a BS in Civil Engineering, Laura continues to contribute to the field through her role as a board member for NAEM.
