Sonal Tripathi is a seasoned professional in the field of food science and technology, currently serving as a Project Intern at Nafari since March 2022, focusing on evolving scenarios related to food and FSSAI regulations. Previously, Sonal held the position of Senior Research Fellow at the Indian Institute of Vegetable Research. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science degree in Food Science and Technology from the University of Allahabad, completed from July 2008 to June 2010.
