Roderick Wilson

Roderick Wilson is an experienced event and program manager currently serving as the Associate Director of Global and Conference Engagement at NAFSA: Association of International Educators since April 2024. Previously, Roderick held positions including Event Producer at Ridgewells Catering, Conference Program Manager at NAFSA, and Event Manager at APCO Worldwide, demonstrating strong skills in event planning, coordination, and stakeholder relationship management. Roderick has also contributed to organizations such as the Associated Collegiate Press, American University, Northwestern University, University of Chicago, One Million Degrees, and The Posse Foundation, focusing on enhancing operational efficiencies, program delivery, and building valuable alumni and student relationships. Roderick earned a Master’s of Science in Higher Education Administration from Florida International University and a Bachelor’s of Science in Hospitality Administration from Northwestern State University.
