Our Mission:
The National Association for the Transformation of Adult Education (NAFTAE) is the voice of adult education, advancing the field of adult education through strategic advocacy, public policy leadership, and national awareness efforts. We unite educators, learners, workforce partners, community organizations, and policymakers to champion equitable access to adult learning opportunities that strengthen individuals, families, communities, and the nation's workforce.

Our Vision:
A nation where adult education is recognized as an essential pillar of economic prosperity, civic engagement, workforce development, and lifelong learning—and where every adult has access to the education and skills needed to achieve their goals and contribute fully to society.
