Ancuta Mendel is a Senior Business Analyst with over a decade of experience in delivering IT projects, particularly in systems enhancements and process improvements. Currently working at BMW TechWorks Romania, they are involved in the Scrum delivery framework, facilitating knowledge transfer and gathering detailed requirements. Ancuta has held various roles in respected organizations including Emerson Automation Solutions and NTT DATA Romania, focusing on project coordination, stakeholder communication, and change management. They hold a master’s degree in Banking and Financial Management from Dimitrie Cantemir University and a bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Babes Bolyai University.
