Atish Sharma

Atish Sharma has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as Lead - Global HR at Nagarro since January 2018. In this role, Atish functions as a Single Point of Contact for all Business Units, facilitating policy selection and managing international assignments. Previous positions include Associate Lead and Senior Associate at Nagarro, where Atish oversaw global employee movements and designed assignment-related benefits. Prior to Nagarro, Atish worked as Expat HR at Airtel Business, providing similar support for international assignments, and at GENPACT as a Payroll Executive, focusing on accounts reconciliation and lean management processes. Atish holds a Bachelor's Degree in Commerce from Rukmini Devi Public School and is currently pursuing a PGDM in Finance at SVKM's Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies.
