Izabela Leca has been with Nagarro since September 2014, currently serving as Partner & Director, leading the Industrial Europe Line of Business. Previously, Izabela held roles such as Delivery & Operations Director, where responsibilities included managing multiple accounts, ensuring successful delivery, and fostering collaboration. Izabela also served as Head of Software Engineering and Delivery Manager, overseeing the global delivery of software development projects from Romania. Prior to Nagarro, Izabela worked at Softcon IT-Services from September 2005 to September 2014, advancing through positions including Delivery Manager, Project Manager, Technical Lead, and Software Developer. Izabela holds a Master’s degree in Informatics from West University of Timisoara, obtained between 2005 and 2007, and a Bachelor's degree in the same field from the same institution, completed between 2001 and 2005.
