Kanchan Ray

Kanchan Ray is an accomplished technology executive with extensive experience in leading and delivering high-value projects across various sectors. Currently serving as Chief Technology Officer at Nagarro since November 2015, Kanchan also contributes as a member of Lead Angels, an angel network focused on high-growth companies. Previous roles include Vice President of Global Delivery at Calance, where responsibilities spanned from hiring to project deliveries, and Manager Technology at Sapient, overseeing teams for Fortune 500 clients in the US and Europe. Early career highlights include co-founding Rainbee Inc as CTO, and developing a cross-platform workflow system at Fidelity Investments. Kanchan holds a B-Tech degree in Electrical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur, and has also made significant contributions in software development at Tata Consultancy Services and TeraBridge Technologies.
