Lalit Arora

Lalit Arora is a seasoned Global Delivery Leader and Program Management professional with over 19.5 years of experience. They held various roles at Nagarro from 2006 to 2019, culminating in a managerial position where they led an 80+ person engineering team and implemented SAFe practices for effective collaboration and program delivery. Subsequently, at Xebia from 2019 to 2021, Lalit oversaw the lifecycle of technical deliverables across multiple projects and enhanced vendor collaboration. Currently, they manage a large-scale Generative AI chatbot project for a government agency, focusing on timely completion and budget adherence while achieving high customer satisfaction rates. Lalit holds a B.E. in Computer Engineering from Government Engineering College, Ajmer, and a Polytechnic Diploma in Computer Science & Engineering from Birla Technical Training Institute, Pilani.
