Richa Jain

Richa Jain is a seasoned professional in program delivery and business intelligence with over a decade of experience in leading key analytics projects and managing production support. Currently serving as Program Delivery Manager at Nagarro since August 2022, Richa previously held the position of BI Lead at Cummins India Ltd from February 2015 to August 2022, where notable achievements included executing turn-key BI projects and collaborating with IT leaders to streamline business processes. Prior experience includes roles at Deloitte Consulting, where Richa was a Testing and QA Lead, managing a team for finance and HR implementations, and contributing to various projects across the APAC, UK, and US regions. Richa Jain holds a B.Tech in Computers from Malaviya National Institute of Technology Jaipur.
