Ritika Bansal is a Principal Consultant with over 13 years of experience in business consulting, product strategy, and digital transformation. Currently at Nagarro, they are a founding member of a new business unit focused on monetizing generative AI products and managing the development of a conversational AI product for a global marketplace. Previously, Ritika held roles at The TJX Companies, Inc., and AllSaints, where they were responsible for P&L management and business development activities.
