Roxana Vintila

Roxana Vintila is the People Partners Lead at Nagarro, where they oversee a team focused on enhancing the employee experience across multiple countries, including Romania, Poland, Hungary, and Switzerland. Previously, Roxana served as a Senior HR Specialist at iQuest Group and held various roles at Ubisoft, including HR Business Partner. In addition, they contribute to the community as a GCDF Career Counselor and HR Consultant at HR Step by Step. Roxana holds a Master's degree from Universitatea din Craiova and has a diverse background in HR, talent recruitment, and mentoring.
