Shruti Tandon

Shruti Tandon is the Managing Director of People Enablement and Custodian of Diversity, Equity & Inclusion at Nagarro, a position held since 2022. With over 20 years of diverse experience in human resources, they previously worked in various HR roles at Nagarro from 2006 to 2007. Shruti has also served as an HR Consultant at the Centre for Growth Alternatives from 2005 to 2006. They hold a Bachelor's degree in Psychology Honours and two Master's degrees in Clinical Psychology and Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Panjab University.
