Supratik Dasgupta

Supratik Dasgupta is an experienced program and project manager with a strong background in Agile methodologies and digital transformation. Currently serving as a Program Manager Scrum Master at Nagarro since November 2021, Supratik previously held the position of Senior Scrum Master at HCL Technologies, where responsibilities included preparing product roadmaps and enhancing project delivery efficiency. As a Project Manager at Zensar Technologies, the focus was on managing end-to-end project life cycles and optimizing processes to improve turnaround times. Earlier roles included positions at Accenture and Tata Consultancy Services, where Supratik contributed to digitizing business processes and automation initiatives. Supratik holds a Bachelor in Computer Applications and a Master in Computer Applications, along with an advanced program in Strategic Project Management from the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta.
