Andrew Fried has over 30 years of work experience in the IT and technical support industries. Andrew began their career in 1988 as a Project Manager at Lumen Technologies (formerly USWEST). In 1997, they moved to Patterson Companies, Inc. as Manager of Network Services, where they managed all aspects of Data/voice Networking and Server/Software requirements for a multi-national company. In 2000, they joined Agiliti as Senior Sales Engineer and established client documentation standards and developed the technical sales process. From 2002 to 2011, they worked at WindLogics as Director of Business Management and Manager of Operations and IT. During this time, they led and implemented technical sales and operational support, business processes, networking, infrastructure, and operational scientific development. In 2019, they joined WINGS FOR WIDOWS as Information Technology Manager and was responsible for annual business budget planning, disaster recovery policies and implementation, and the development and management of IT governance. Most recently, they began working at Nagios in 2022 as Technical Support Manager, where they manage and prioritizes incoming requests for technical support from customers and partners.
Andrew Fried attended Augsburg University from 1988 to 1993, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in MIS and Computer Science.
