Stephen Sutherland has worked in the automotive industry since 2016. Stephen began their career as a Customer Specialist at Walser Automotive Group, where they were responsible for leading customers through the sale process, using a Customer Relationship Management tool to track customer interactions, and educating customers on Walser Rewards and Benefits. From there, they were promoted to Sales Manager and then to Account Executive, both roles at Walser Automotive Group. In 2022, Stephen began working as a Customer Success Manager at Nagios.
