Mark Roberts

Mark Roberts is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in program direction and client management within the technology and services sector. As Program Director and Head of Services at NAGRA since March 2013, Mark has been responsible for delivering programs and supporting services in Australia and the region. Prior experience includes serving as Client Director at ioko, where responsibilities included implementing OTT platforms and transitioning services for Bupa Hospitals to Spire. Additionally, Mark held the position of Service Delivery Manager, overseeing outsourced datacentre management and support services. Earlier in his career, Mark was a Client Facing Systems Manager at Watson Wyatt LLP, leading an IT Infrastructure team for client platform technologies in Europe. Mark holds a Bachelor's degree from the University College of North Wales and completed education at the Duke of Yorks Royal Military School.
