Devin Wagman

Devin Wagman, CFA has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Devin started their career as the Founder and Chairman of the Dafenix Foundation, a public charity dedicated to supporting music, art, and theatre programs in public high schools. During this time, they hosted multiple successful benefit events to raise funding and awareness for creative arts education.

Following their role at the Dafenix Foundation, Devin worked as an Accounting Manager, Child Advocate, and Social Worker at Kids In Distress (KID), a large nonprofit social welfare agency. Devin managed all accounting and financial reporting processes for the organization.

Devin then transitioned to the role of Production Manager at Palm Print, Inc, where they successfully managed the production staff and implemented innovative bundling concepts to improve profitability and product differentiation in a commoditized market.

After their time at Palm Print, Inc, they worked as a Financial Advisor at Merrill Lynch, consistently ranking in the top quintile of new advisors for business development. In this role, they were directly responsible for portfolio construction, management, and performance oversight, as well as establishing 401(k) profit sharing plans and conducting employee workshops to increase participation.

Devin then joined Bessemer Trust as a Senior Vice President - Client Advisor, where they coordinated all aspects of wealth management for high-net-worth individuals. Devin worked closely with tech entrepreneurs and key employees, managing tax-sensitive securities and implementing tax mitigation strategies.

Additionally, Devin served as an Advisory Board Member at Lunya & Lahgo, a Board Observer at Outdoor Voices, and currently holds the position of Managing Director at NaHCO3, a single family office that supports transformational leaders and organizations focused on propelling the world forward and fostering community.

Throughout their career, Devin has demonstrated strong leadership, financial expertise, and a commitment to philanthropic initiatives.

Devin Wagman, CFA, obtained their Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (BSBA) with a specialization in Marketing from UCF College of Business in 2003. Devin went on to pursue their Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Florida - Warrington College of Business, completing it in 2007.

In addition to their educational qualifications, Devin Wagman holds several certifications in the finance industry. Devin obtained the Series 66 certification, as well as the Series 7 certification, both from the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) in 2007.
