David and Lauri Nahin are a family business partnership operation with David (NMLS #2251720) and his wife, Lauri (NMLS #1965178), who is both a Loan Officer and a Sr. Loan Processor.  All loan processing is accomplished in-house, with reasonable fees, and handled with the utmost of care, efficiency, and proficiency. 

Our job is to make the home loan process as easy and seamless as possible. We are experts in Reverse Mortgages and Forward Lending. We are proud of our impeccable on-time closing percentage. Our borrowers become our family and we are just as excited now at each closing as when our first loan closed many years ago.
