Cathy Martinez serves on the Board of Directors for the National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals® as a Government Affairs Director since November 2017. Concurrently, Cathy is a District Council Committee Member for the Pacific Southwest Association of REALTORS. Past roles include Community Lending Specialist and Loan Officer at Guild Mortgage, and extensive experience as a Business Development Manager at Bay Equity, LLC, and San Diego County Credit Union. Additional industry experience encompasses positions such as National Sales Director and Wholesale Account Executive across various mortgage firms. Education includes an NMLS License in Mortgage and a graduate certification in Business Development from Landmark, as well as an Associate's Degree in General Studies from Grossmont College.
