Debra E-Leon is a seasoned professional dedicated to improving mental health awareness and fostering diversity within the real estate industry. As President of the Xan You Matter Foundation, established in October 2019, Debra leads efforts to support individuals battling mental health challenges. In their role as Treasurer for NAHREP Greater Phoenix, Debra manages financial operations while promoting sustainable Hispanic homeownership as Director of Government Affairs. Additionally, Debra serves as the Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion State Chair for the Women's Council of REALTORS® in Arizona, where initiatives aim to empower women in real estate. Previous experience includes various leadership roles in business development and project management, as well as direct involvement in education. Debra's academic background includes studies at Arizona State University and Christian Life College.
