Luis C. Padilla is a seasoned real estate professional and co-owner of RE/MAX Oceanside Realty, where they have been instrumental in expanding operations since its inception. Prior to this, they served as an Assistant Vice President of Commercial Lending at Ocean Bank, where they advanced through the ranks from a filing clerk. They also owned and operated Oceanside Financial, Inc., a mortgage brokerage focused on first-time homebuyers. Luis was a Business Coach at Tom Ferry International, partnering with clients to help them achieve their goals. Currently, they serve as the National President of the National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals. Luis holds a Bachelor's degree in Finance and Business from St. Thomas University.
