Memo Vargas is a seasoned entrepreneur and coach with extensive experience in the real estate industry, having founded Real Estate Amigos in September 2024, and serving as Master Coach at MPRENDE Coaching since August 2013. With a career spanning from 1995, Memo has held the position of Chief Empowerment Officer at The Vargas Team LLC and MPOWER Leadership Development LLC, empowering individuals and organizations through coaching and training. As a certified trainer and speaker for the National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals® and Executive Director for The John Maxwell Team, Memo focuses on enhancing leadership skills and personal development. Previously, Memo operated as a Broker Associate for Keller Williams Realty, Inc., and owned the Car Detailing Center, achieving significant sales milestones.
