William Benitez

William Benitez is an experienced real estate professional currently serving as the Managing Broker at Realty ONE Group and as a member of the Board of Directors for the National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals® (NAHREP), where prior leadership includes the position of Past President in 2020. With a career spanning over two decades, William leads The Benitez Team at eXp Realty while also holding a licensed real estate agent position at La Rosa Realty, specializing in multimillion-dollar transactions and various property types across Puerto Rico and Florida. William's extensive background includes founding and operating William Benitez & Associates Real Estate, actively contributing as a real estate broker since 1996. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Business Administration from Colegio Universitario de Cayey, a Master's Degree in Theology from Western Carolina University, and theological studies at Instituto Teologico Asambleas de Dios.
