Nahrin
Deborah Amstad is an experienced professional in the field of food science and product development. Currently serving as a product developer at Nahrin AG since December 2021, Deborah previously held the position of Head of Quality Assurance at FF Frischfleisch AG from July 2020 to November 2021. An internship at Laboratium der Urkantone in early 2018 involved creating sensory training, introducing a new TOC device, developing methods for perchlorate detection in spinach, and working with databases. Deborah also gained valuable experience as a product development intern at bio-familia AG in early 2014. Academic qualifications include a Master of Science in Food Science from ETH Zürich, completed in 2019, and a Bachelor of Applied Science in the same field, awarded in 2017. Early education culminated in a Matura with a specialization in Spanish at Kollegium St. Fidelis Stans.
