Amber Seely

Amber Seely is a community development professional focused on transformational real estate developments and affordable housing. They served as the Economic Development Management Intern at the Port Authority of New York & New Jersey and went on to become an Adjunct Professor at Tulane University, where they taught courses on real estate project management and finance. At Pennrose, they advanced through roles from Developer to Ohio Market Lead, significantly expanding the firm's portfolio. Amber continues to lead the Development Advisory Services at the National Affordable Housing Trust, consulting on affordable housing strategies across multiple states. They hold a Master's degree in Urban Policy from The New School and a Certificate in Urban Redevelopment from the University of Pennsylvania.
