John Adderly has a vast work experience in the real estate industry. John started working in 1982 as the CFO for The Rodin Group. John then had various positions in Brandywine Realty Trust, where they played a crucial role in the company's significant growth. John served as the Senior Vice President and was responsible for regional leasing, acquisitions, underwriting, and financing.

After that, they joined The Rubenstein Company as the Senior VP & Director of Corporate Transactions, where they handled acquisitions, dispositions, and financing. John also oversaw the acquisition and repositioning of the Wyeth campus in Radnor, PA.
