Peter Kelly

Peter Kelly has significant experience in the finance and insurance sectors, currently serving as the Manager of the Securities Valuation Office at the National Association of Insurance Commissioners (NAIC) since August 2017. Prior to this role, Peter worked as a Senior Financial Analyst at A.M. Best and held the position of Managing Director and Analytical Manager at S&P Global Ratings from 1998 to 2015. Peter's earlier career includes roles as Vice President at Yasuda Trust and Banking and Assistant Vice President at the Industrial Bank of Japan. Peter earned a Master of Business Administration from Columbia Business School and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Bucknell University.
