Director Financial Regulatory Policy And Data at National Association of Insurance Commissioners

Todd Sells has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Todd started their career in 1993 as a Financial Examiner at the Missouri Department of Insurance, Financial Institutions & Professional Registration. In 1994, they joined the National Association of Insurance Commissioners (NAIC) as a Financial Reporting Specialist and later took on roles such as Assistant Quality Assurance Manager and Financial Services Associate - International. In 2000, they became a Data Quality Audit Manager and then a Senior Data Quality Audit Manager in 2002. From 2007 to 2015, they served as the Director of FRS at NAIC. In 2003, Todd briefly worked as the Sr. Financial Reg Services Mgr at NAIC before becoming the Acting Director of FRS. Overall, Todd has a strong background in financial regulation, data quality, and management.

Todd Sells earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Accountancy from the University of Missouri Trulaske College of Business, where they studied from 1990 to 1993. Todd later pursued an MBA in Business Information Systems from the University of Missouri-Kansas City. The exact timeframe for their MBA program is not provided.
