Andrew Weakly's work experience begins in 2003 when they served as a Store Manager for Starbucks Coffee Company. In this role, they were responsible for team management, sales, promotions, and P&L profits. From 2008 to 2010, they worked as a Research Analyst at The Nielsen Company, where they focused on new product development, volumetric forecasting, and shelf assortment recommendations. Andrew then became an Associate Client Manager at The Nielsen Company from 2010 to 2011, where they excelled in analysis and presentation skills. From 2011 to 2014, they worked as a Senior Research Manager at Affinnova, where they helped innovative companies drive better ideas to market. From 2014 to 2016, they served as the Director of Research & Innovation at NAILBITER, a platform that provides consumer insights. Andrew then joined Stonyfield in 2016, where they held various roles, including Associate Brand Manager and Sr Associate Brand Manager until 2019. From 2019 to 2020, they returned to NAILBITER as the Vice President of Client Success & Analytics. Andrew subsequently worked at Welch's as a Manager and then Senior Manager of Consumer & Market Insights from 2020 to 2022. Currently, they hold the position of Senior Vice President of Client Success and Analytics at NAILBITER, starting in 2022.

Andrew Weakly earned a BA in Communication Studies from the University of Iowa, where they attended from 2000 to 2004. Subsequently, they pursued an MBA with a focus in Marketing at the Quinlan School of Business, Loyola University Chicago, completing their degree from 2007 to 2010.
