Previously, they served as the Chief Happiness Officer at Manfred, where they played a crucial role in scaling the team and maintaining a low turnover rate. Marta has also held positions as an IT Headhunter at Walters People, an HR Consultant at INCOMAgroup, and as an English Teacher in volunteer settings, showcasing a strong commitment to both people development and organizational success. They hold a Master's degree in Translation and Interpretation from Universidad Pablo de Olavide and have a background in English Philology from Universidad de Sevilla.
