Najmara is a learning community for global changemakers grounded in the practice of global stewardship. We develop character and craftsmanship to help shape a more compassionate, hopeful and regenerative world.

Traditional education models, shaped by past needs and constraints, are no longer fit for purpose. Today’s realities call for learning that feels more relevant, human and responsive.

Our work is guided by clear values and a deep respect for context, community, culture and nature. We design learning experiences that connect local action to global responsibility and real world impact.

We choose depth over speed. We honour rhythms that support wellbeing and sustained growth. Learning happens through action. We co-create curiosity driven responses to complex questions, strengthening critical thinking, ethical judgement and stewardship in practice.

We lean into uncertainty and collective inquiry. Our community grows through collaboration across borders, disciplines and perspectives.

Rooted in Emirati culture and shaped by Dubai’s diversity, Najmara is creating a new learning model in the UAE. One that prepares learners to act with care, courage and accountability in an interconnected world.

We are not rebranding school. We are transforming how learning shows up in the world.
