Mohammad Adas

Mohammad Adas has a strong background in rewards and organizational development, as well as human capital consulting and management. Mohammad served as the Head of Rewards & Organizational Development at Qatar Gas Transport Company (NAKILAT) since December 2014. Prior to that, they worked at Deloitte Middle East as a Human Capital Consulting Manager from February 2008 to November 2014, where they specialized in organizational development, human resources management systems, and business processes. Before Deloitte, they were a Management Consultant at Philadelphia Consulting Group (PCG) from January 2006 to January 2008. Mohammad also gained experience in logistics as a Logistics Client Coordinator at MAERSK LOGISTICS JORDAN from October 2004 to January 2006, where they handled various logistics activities for key clients, including bookings, cargo handling, shipments tracking, documentation, and invoicing.

Mohammad Adas completed their Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering from Al Jami'at Al-Hashimiyyah, from the year 2000 to 2004.
