Sumesh

Sumesh MS is a seasoned professional in information security with extensive experience across various sectors. Currently serving as the Lead of Information Security at NAKILAT since June 2023, Sumesh previously held roles as a Senior Information Security Officer at NKOM - Nakilat Keppel Offshore & Marine Ltd, and as an Information Security Officer with a focus on risk assessment. Prior experience includes serving as an Information Security Specialist at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Bahrain, with responsibilities in enterprise information security, ISO 27001:2013 compliance, and incident response management. Additionally, Sumesh worked as an Information Security Specialist in the Department of Defense, overseeing security evaluations and developing data protection programs. Earlier career experience includes five years as an IT Security Administrator at Bahrain Air. Sumesh holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science and an Engineering Diploma in Computer Engineering from the State Board of Technical Education.
