Jerry Chen

Jerry Chen is a seasoned professional in people and talent management, currently serving as a People Lead and People Consultant at NALA since August 2023. With extensive experience in the startup ecosystem, Jerry also holds the role of Startup Advisor and Head of People and Talent at jaas.work since November 2021. Previously, Jerry was the Head of People and Talent at NALA, contributing to the company's growth from 7 to 70 employees, and has held significant positions such as Head of People at Flux, where responsibilities included overseeing the employee experience and achieving CIPD Level 5 HR qualification. Jerry's earlier roles include consulting positions at Capco and operations roles in the finance sector, providing a diverse and robust foundation in management, project oversight, and strategic planning. Educational qualifications include an MSc in Innovation, Entrepreneurship and Management from Imperial Business School and a BSc in Biochemistry from Imperial College London.
