Ana Ilic is the Good Governance Director at the National Alliance for Local Economic Development (NALED), where they have been since 2018. Previously, they acted as Deputy Director in the EU Integration Office, overseeing EU funds, and served as a Member of the Negotiating Team for Serbia's EU accession. With 17 years of experience in EU funds and foreign aid management, Ana has held senior management positions in various governmental roles, including as the Head of Unit for Planning and Programming of EU Funds at the Ministry of Finance of Serbia. They earned a Master's degree in International Business from Belgrade University and have completed additional training in evaluation and sector-wide approaches.
